Smith River Rose

I wanted to call this "the last rose of summer" but we don't have that here as they bloom year round and the garden was filled with every stage from bud to overblown heads

This is such a different color- sort of that dusty rose I guess. But the texture is wonderful- so smooth looking. Great shot!
