Winter's End

Knowing that the Drive-in movie has opened again, allows me the freedom of really believing that Winter is over. I love this old relic just down the street from my house, and have decided it is worth seven days for the same subject week on 5wksinmay.

That is $12 for a carload (up to 10 people) for a double feature

Love this great shot, Dixie!! Ahh....the memories. Not many drive-ins around anymore, are there? It's so much fun to go and not have to get all dressed up and load up on your own popcorn and soft drinks! Oh ... and I did like those "hot dogs" in aluminum foil wrappers! Great way to spend a family evening together.

You still have a drive-in? The only one in Pretoria is on top of a shopping centre. I miss the old drive-ins!
