Monday's are work days for this challenge, but I am lucky enough not to be working this week, so we were at a grill with friends and family and I snapped a shot of the young man who was cooking for us as he built an igloo from an onion and a snowman from eggs and then set them on fire. We spent the day inland at Medford, OR and went to see "Abe Lincoln, Vampire Hunter" and to eat with friends who live there.
@brontosaurus I loved it but I tend to love almost every movie so I may not be the most reliable critic. It was stylized instead of slasher movie violence and a fun story.
Beautiful flame catch!! I would love to try their food ...I love these places! Sounds like you had a perfect day out and nothing like being with good friends. Hope that you enjoyed the movie as well ... haven't been to one in ages!!
great capture and very creative idea for the challenge. thanks for your input on the movie, too. i tend to like most ones i see, too, so am not a good critic. i don't watch slasher movies, though, so can't comment on those! i watch movies for entertainment while some watch to be enlightened, to learn, but i love to laugh.
