Near Cape Sebastian 4

look at the thumbnails to get the big picture from this week. Looks best when viewed small. My favorite beach just south of Gold Beach, Oregon. Missing out on a house overlooking this beach made me cry, 21 years ago, but in the big picture was the best thing that happened to us, because the baby we adopted 19 years ago could only be placed in the county we now live in, in the redwoods, with no ocean view.

A brain hemorrhage puts it all in a deeper perspective. I'm one of those guys hit by lightning. I see the big picture. Everything is in perspective now. Let's just say I'm the kind of guy who knows how to enjoy the moment.

@gnilrets Portland takes us about 6 or 7 hours to get to, depending on if we go up 101 or I-5 It is a beautiful City but this is the very southernmost of the Oregon Coast
