Here I go again, trying to feed the passion that has become my fascination with the calendar view, so like last month when I filled the 4 Monday frames with a redwood tree, this month there are five Mondays and I'm coming down from the treetops into my sunflowers and the parched October grass.
redwoods lost the tips of their branches in fall too, so the red tips do not mean this is an unhealthy tree.
“The best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago. The second best time is now.”
Proverb quotes
“If you don't like how things are, change it! You're not a tree.”
Jim Rohn (American Speaker and Author. He is famous for motivational audio programs for Business and Life. )
Hence my decision to change the fact that this challenge ended yesterday.
Your love for the thumbnail view is a fun thing to observe! I'm looking forward to the new tree. I thought that was really clever how you did last month's. Well, Little Piggy has let me know that she would like to appear on Tuesdays in honor of your faithful comments and helpful hints on writing and such, so we are in discussion as to whether she will be in orange for the rainbow tomorrow or sporting something that goes with opal or onyx for the Either Or challenge. Nice shot Dixie!
"same october"?? how come i never saw this! i have this clever idea of doing ann and alia's october challenge but i also like to do the october rainbow so i'm trying to combine them. i might choke on okra and purple. hahaha! okay, since i like the "same" challenge, i will do some of the days and perhaps i can combine it with the 'get pushed' challenge, too.
