Here the seasons are a matter of how far above sea level you are, so in my yard there are blooming azaleas and maple leaves and green grass. But within an hour driving inland there is snow and frost and fog. There were surfers here on New Years Eve but even they admit that they are crazy even to go in with a wet suit, but even in the summer or ocean is 50*s and needs a wet suit.
Wow- that is a crazy landscape- but actually you can find the same scope of environments in Israel- Mt. Hermon at 9,000 ft. above sea level sports snow on its top most of the year. By the time you get to the Dead Sea where it's the lowest point below sea level on the face of the earth, you'll find desert like conditions and tropical flowers blooming around the oasis like En Gedi. So you're in good company! Nice collage!
beautiful depictions of the weather and temps. while i love the cold, my joints have now decided they prefer warm and hot. as usual i love your collage, always with substance and the stories are obvious.
