Something I haven't Done Before

I have been a junk food junkie for years and remember clearly my Mom saying that I couldn't have a donut until I'd eaten a real breakfast firs, and giving me a brown sugar pop tart

so the walmart expanded to super walmart and the grocery store we had gone to closed down, but then this new little organic, local food market opened up and I have started eating healthier, in fact shocked that I love spinach and bananas in my smoothie

It amazes me that spinach, which has *such* a taste, disappears into a smoothie very well. My older son doesn't do veggies, but he loves a smoothie with spinach in it. Weird.

Banana smoothie with spinach, yum. If you ever see a Vitamix demo you'll be amazed at the vegetable fruit concoctions the reps dream up and they all taste fantastic. That looks like a pretty big organic store. Thanks for sharing
