Today is my 50th Birthday. I am happy to have made it this far and looking forward to the rest of the adventure.

Tomorrow I fly to Washington DC where my brother will pick me up, and I will see him for the first time in 4 years, and my mom and Lance, my brother with Down's syndrome

I have not seen them in 3 years and Mom's health is shaky at best right now so they just moved from the town she lived in for 74 years to my brothers place. I'm nervous but excited too. Wish me luck and I have no idea if I'll be able to log in in the next 10 days but I shall return
