Ribbons & bows

The bows are red with a black belt and silver buckle. Like little Santa Bellies.

In spite of never enough time or money. I truly love the holiday season. Especially the twinkling lights and candles in the dark and the sometimes creative twist on an old standard, like red bows

I get more enjoyment from looking than buying. Seeing the Christmas lights at the park or in people's yards, going to the mall to people-watch, and going to Christmas concerts at school or church. That's so much better than shopping to me.

I've been trying (mostly successful) to buy less and less each year. It can get so crazy- and that's not what this season is supposed to be about. But I do think those bows are cute!
