Sorry it took me a couple days but there was vandalism to a fiber optic cable south of here and big parts of Northern CA were out of phone and computer. So I didn't get the updates and could not have posted if I did, but this came in from our other brother, who took the picture and tells me today he had no real news. Just rest and recovery in the ICU yesterday and that will probably continue through the long weekend. Today's also our Dad's Birthday and I still have to remember that with a sad little smile because even though I've been missing him for 18 years, I'm really glad he was born. Happy Birthday, Paul Miller.
Dixie, hugs and prayers for you and your brothers and families.....Know what a stressful and worrisome time this has to be for your with your brother in the hospital so far away and remembering your Dad...... Hoping your brother improves and is home from the hospital again soon. Keep us posted.
Wow- now I know why I lost track of your pictures! Doesn't it seem like life throws all these emotions together at one time and we just wish it would come a little bit slower? It must be so hard to see this picture and knowing how much you love your family you want to be there to help take care of him. Just know you will be in my thoughts and prayers as will Lance and the rest of your family. I'm on the hunt now for some of Lance's favorite team things to cheer him up- I still have the list from that birthday mailing we did!
