Noticed the daffodil has suddenly burst up beside the maple tree. Trying to remember that flash of red February is here again, which I love, even though I'm not sure how it is February already.
Yes, we have had some daffodils pop up around are area too. They usually are the first ones to pop up and that is usually in February, but usually a little later.
I was surprised when it arrived too- and I was expecting it! I like the light and shadow of this shot. It will be a while before daffodils arrive here so I'm jealous!
