This stands outside a small local attraction made from an old glass bottom boat turned into an aquarium. It was called “undersea world “ when the top picture of my sons and brother was taken in about 1996. But by now it was sued by SeaWorld and forced to change its name to a less easily confused with them, name. As if anyone would look around and think a tide pool and a leopard shark and a few sea lions and seals in The southern most CA county was a mega theme park in the southern most CA county. Anyway, it is now known as “Ocean World” because no one would confuse that with sea world 😹🧜🏻♀️
The second row is when my boys were in high school, about 2011
The next is when my granddaughter Daisy was two in 2016
And the bottom row is a class field trip where Daisy and her best friend played mermaids and petter sharks, and if you look closely you will see why the two besties love the idea of an Ariel with long curly black hair joining the current redhead.
Such fun to have a series through the years! It's one of those things you can't go back and do later, so kudos to a mom who remembers to retakes a on a number of occasions!
