Reading Picnic

When I was working on writing this book I often wrote outside so my senses would register the details of living outdoors during the six months on the Oregon Trail. So when I got my first copy of the book it seemed right to take it outdoors

@maggiemae @swilde I have published five books. Three novels and two picture books but no none called "reading picnic" at the schools here we invite parents in for lunch on a blanket with their child and give away books every June. So the term reading picnic is what that day is called
