My husband could pass for a gnome here close to where the gnome mobile was filmed by Disney Studios way back about the same time as Mary Poppins. same kids in both films.
Goodness, they are giants! An enchanted forest!

This is such a great shot. I love the lighting. Where is this? Looks like I have to go backwards through your photos. Nothing quite like the trees like this here in CA.

@darsphotos I always have. I've lived by Yellowstone, and in the Black hills in South Dakota and at Ashland Oregin, and Beijing China and here. Always beauty around

I can't imagine how massive they are except by the slice of one I've seen in NYC Natural History museum.

@pandorasecho They really are amazing- this reminds me of a program I saw on one of the nature channels where they were studying all the micro-ecosystems as they climbed up the Redwood. Who knows, maybe it was the same group that took the shots that made up the composite.
