Grateful for NaNoWriMo

I knew I wanted to be a writer since I wrote my first books and passed them around among my classmates when I was ten. But I never wrote a whole publishable novel until I got the jump start with National Novel Writing Month and got a quick and unedited rough draft I could then edit and expand

Every November now, I enjoy repeating the effort with a group of online people as insane as I am.

oh, nanowrimo month it is again, isn't it? i tried it twice already and never got past the 10th each time. maybe i should try a different genre. :-)

You are so dedicated to this. I don't know if I could write every day. I do pretty well at once a week, but with all the other things I'm doing in photography these days, that's the best fit for me. Anyway, I can say I'm grateful to have read this one!
