So the frames I needed to submit my pictures to the fair were expected Friday, then I got the email saying they were delayed and would be here Saturday. Then they showed up today. Lol. No more excuses.
I am using one of the first pictures I painted this year, I repainted it today but we all still like the first one better. Then in PicCollage they have a new watercolor effect feature so I ran the photo through it. It was interesting. The first one was on copier paper and thin enough that I could put it over my iPad and trace the basic shapes before painting. This new one was on thick watercolor paper so no tracing.
