Cobbled Street

Michaelgate cobbled street in Lincoln England, the timber clad building is approximately 600 years old and the road was first laid in Viking times.
Thanks for the history....beautiful lines....love how I'm being led down the road.

@terryliv Thank you for your great comments Terry, Lincoln has building remains dating back to the Roman times when they called their settlement Lindum later to be known as Lincoln:)

Lovely shot, I had forgotten just how hilly Lincoln was. My lot were Vikings, way back, I wonder if they built that road.

@simta Ну тогда Татьяна, если вы путешествовали по дороге 1 км вы бы в центральной части города Линкольна со всеми основными магазинами, ресторанами и барами, я возьму фотографию следующий раз, когда я там :)
