California Poppies

Just a couple of the California Poppies growing in my garden.

Loving the still-crinkled petals.. perfect focus Peter and fab composition too.. they sit like two radiant suns beaming out good vibes..
My Iceland poppies (Papaver nudicaule) have all been eaten by slugs.. i put in some salvia (Salvia splendens) for the slugs/snails to eat but it's the poppies they went for.. :-(
