Smith House

Smith House Lightclliffe having new waterproof membrane fitted and the original roof tiles refitted, spoke to the current owner hes lived there twenty years, he told me its a grade 2 listed building and was built in 1662, not looking bad fof 358 years old.
What a grand building. Must be an expensive project.

I love these old houses, with their mullioned windows. Nothing quite that old here on this side of the pond!

That sure seems like a major job, fabulous looking house. It would be a job cleaning those windows though ;-)
