Buildings in York

Top, York Minster:- built over 250 years ago between 1220 and 1472
Middle, 4 Jubbergate:- a grade II listed building, the older part of the building was constructed in the 14th-century
Bottom,The Merchant Adventurers Hall:- a medieval guildhall was built in 1357
all are still going strong and used everyday.
Such beautiful buildings. So, the Minster is a cathedral? It certainly looks like one.

I just love the architecture there, so much so that our last house was constructed as a Tudor style. We loved our trips to your area of the world. Thanks for the memories!

@365projectorgheatherb Thanks for your lovely comment Heather, York ( Eboracum) was founded by the Roman invaders in AD71 and invaded again by the Vikings in 866 AD, so has a very rich history:)
