Early Spring ~ by peggysirk

Early Spring ~

Actually it's been more like perpetual spring. We've had no winter weather to speak of. Well, maybe a couple of mini cold snaps. I'm not complaining, mind you...but one or two snow days would be kind of fun. :)

Wow! Hope spring does come early so these pretty flowers don't get killed back. Nice photo!

@jquinn Oh, have a wonderful time!! I'm heading to the beach this weekend for my niece's wedding shower. It's supposed to be relatively warm...but rainy. :( Oh well, we'll have a great time anyway.

@emer It was a little breezy when I took this ~ which is also why things are a little blurry. Probably should have taken this at a higher speed, but I always think of things like that after the fact. :)

@pdelgin Thanks. Pam! Looking at the long range forecast there doesn't seem to be any really cold weather in sight. It's been a crazy winter weather-wise.

Wow your daffs are very well advanced Peggy, nearly flowering !!! Great angle & focus with the camera on line with the flowers, shows them up well against the background!

Lovely! Now I will have to go inspect my garden for any signs of life! Although it certainly wouldn't be as noticeable!

Love the angle of this shot, Peggy - sitting up on a little hill with the pine boughs in the background. Wow, daffs in January. Who'd have guessed. Someone in my yoga class the other night compared our Michigan weather this winter to being like North Carolina. Not quite balmy enough for daffs but we have had above 50 degree temps this week. Have fun at the beach.
