My raccoon buddy is back, and he brought his brother. Caught these two enjoying an early morning snack on the side porch. They were making such a racket that it sounded like a break-in was going down. :)
Falling way behind on commenting...will catch up ASAP. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
Three good things:
1. Going house hunting with my mom and step-father today. They're considering a move to Charlotte. :)
2. Sitting on the patio last night with my mom, drinking chardonnay and checking real estate listings on the iPad.
3. Family
What beautiful critters! I really hope your mom can move nearby you - what a special thing! House hunting is fun, too...never done it for myself, but love to watch others.
These guys are pretty cute and must have been pretty hungry. How lucky for you to have your mom moving to the area. I was lucky to have my parents live next door to me for 13years. Beautiful memories. Hope you are not going to be hit hard by hurricane Sandy.
Oh there's something about house-hunting - lots of fun! And that will be so great - 4 generations all within coffee and cake distance. Or Chardonnay distance...
Forgot to say - these look cuter than the other fella. Are they eating somebody else's food - hope they aren't thinking of stealing Scrappy's - that would be a mistake...
What fun, nothing I like better than buying houses for other folks with their money!!!! Will be lovely if they decide to move nearer, better all round for all & it's so nice to be near your mum!! \|Harper will have her Great Gran near to then!!
Fancy having those two on your porch, different from cats!!!!
@judithg These guys were polishing off Scrappy's food (and I put food out for Scrappy's little feral friend, Pax). Scraps is getting wiser in his advancing years and recognizes when he's outmatched. I think he and Pax were watching the invasion from the safety of some nearby shrubbery...both secure in the knowledge the food bowls would be replenished after the marauders left. :)
@hollandcrew My second job (USNWC) Glad you had fun and hope they treated you well. :)
