of Pub Crawl participants on Saturday. These fresh faced folks were at the light rail station ready to head uptown and hit the bars for St. Patrick's Day. More than 16,000 tickets were sold to this year's event. I'm thinking there were many thousands of hangovers on Sunday. Ugh.
Three good things:
1. Started self injections of one of my RA drugs today...happy to discover it's no big deal.
2. It's cold and rainy ~ since Tom's in Houston for the week it'll be a good night to get in bed early and read...or catch up on 365.
3. Tomato soup and Goldfish crackers for supper.
@judithg It was a spectacular day on Saturday...what a difference two days makes. Cold and rainy today...that's March. :)
You are so right, Judith. If I'd realized injections were so easy I would have done it years ago.
Have to agree with @jenrobcarr . A pub crawl sounds so unappealing! But maybe we're just jealous of all those great legs and thoroughly toned other bits... Great to hear about the self-injecting. Hope it makes some things easier for you.
I know they are young, but hope they all come home safe. When you look at it, the idea is to drink as much as you can before you fall over..
Great shot of the event. So glad to hear that the injections are easier than you thought. Hang in there.
Love that you have learned & are brave enough to administer your own medication Peggy....brave you, a mountain climbed for sure!!
Definitely spoil yourself this week, no cooking full meals...... just what you fancy on a tray instead by the fire hey!!! Nice to have time & a rest on your own but only for a short time!!!!
A vision of green & youth under the arches!
