This fellow looked a bit put out by the falling snow in Charlotte earlier this week. He should be happy to find out that the temperature tomorrow will be close to 60F (15C)...what a difference a few days makes. :)

Instant fav. I love how you caught that pose and expression ...and as you probably know the mockingbird is my favorite bird of all. I'm always trying to catch ours in different poses but by the time I set my camera, they've moved or flown off. Perfect timing on this one! In 60F weather, he'll probably be singing for you :-)
One good thing about snow at this time ..it can be short lived. It actually snowed here yesterday but it was horrible windy wet stuff that didn't stick...gone today.

What perfect timing! We have some violent mockingbirds around here that will attack the cats outside!! This one looks like it could be easily persuaded to do the same!
