Pollinators in the Park

A hard working group of landscape volunteers have been taking steps to transform the 31-acre neighborhood park. The goal is to remove as many of the invasive plants, vines, etc. as possible and replace them with wildlife friendly native flowers, shrubs and trees. The slow, but steady, transformation is bringing about wonderful results.
Three Good Things:
1. Dedicated volunteers
2. Biodiversity created by native plants
3. The cool side of the pillow
This looks the perfect haven for wild life & insects Peggy! 31 Acre is a very large area to transform into a haven like that...what would we do without volunteers!
