Cold

I'm using a photo taken in the mountains last week. It gives a vibe of 'cold' to match today's weather. We have a Winter Storm Warning for freezing precipitation tonight and tomorrow...most likely freezing rain or sleet, or just cold rain. We seem to be right on a winter weather fault line of sorts. Most of the heavier accumulation of fun winter stuff usually stays just 10-20 miles to the north.
Three Good Things:
1. Preheating the bed with the electric blanket
2. NPR's Story Corps
3. The Pfizer Vaccine Study Trial director called to officially confirm that I did receive the actual vaccine last October and that I would be receiving my vaccination confirmation card in the mail...and to remind me that I'm still a test case for the next 18 months, so please continue with weekly e-diary check in, and they would see me in April for blood work.
Cool collection of green and snow in your image. Hope you avoid the freezing rain part of the forecast.

Great processing - hope most of the bad weather misses your area - TN is in a big mess and more snow/ice expected tomorrow - worse than it has been in years.

@linnypinny We have family/friends in Nashville and Franklin. I know the weather is miserable! Stay safe! Spring is just around the corner.

This looks so clean and crisp! We had the horrible ice yesterday, and tomorrow bodes 6-10” of snow. Ah the great Northeast!

Hurrah - I did think about you as they stuck it in my arm and was very grateful for the trial volunteers. Hope your weather isn’t too extreme.

Your TGT have top marks from me! #1 is essential & #3 is fabulous...you have been safe all this time yepee! Rewarded for your citizenship! Your cold spell is news over here too! Stay warm.

So many beautiful colours and textures in your photo. Makes for such an interesting shot. Congratulations on getting the vaccine.

Fabulous textures......it's the sort of thing I might have created in fabrics back in the days of my Two-dimensional Design course when doing my teacher training degree.
I definitely agree about electric blankets!! And great that the work of volunteers for vaccine has been so productive!!
