St. Peter's Episcopal Church by peggysirk

St. Peter's Episcopal Church

I received an announcement from my church that they will be gradually reopening next Sunday after a year of pandemic closure (with a switch to live streaming of one Sunday service and Zoom meetings/group events). They're starting out with small numbers at each service...with masks and distancing. Things seem to be turning in the right direction.
Three Good Things:
1. Daylight savings time
2. Changed all clocks, including my car clock
3. Successfully replaced a closet light fixture
Our church opened again last night but half an hour earlier so I arrived late....it’s good to see everyone again. Yours looks a very beautiful church Peggy!

Beautiful shot of your church. People must be excited but apprehensive at the same time with your gradual opening. We are doing it as well with gyms opening at the end of March. Still no restaurants or concerts. Movies but no popcorn (which was a huge thing here for people lol). Ken and I got our first vaccine today and next one July. That much closer to seeing my grandkids.

Glad to hear it is reopening

What a beautiful building with its red door and fabulous grounds. Even though we know the church is its people, as we have experienced this past year, there is something comforting about the building itself.

Great news - you seem to be opening up a bit faster than us - gives me hope!
