I had about three minutes between downpours to click a photo for today. The camellia was the first thing that caught my eye. Looking like a wet week if the forecast holds.
Three Good Things:
1. Lazy rainy days
2. Yesterday's World Wide Minute 2021 Photography event. Photos from around the globe taken at 5:47pm in ones time zone were sent in to the event website. It's so cool to see what people were seeing or doing at a specific moment in time.
3. We are so much more alike than different...folks in different countries around the planet at 5:47 were fixing dinner, walking their dog, leaving work, coming home, celebrating a birthday, picking up take out, watching a hockey game on TV, fixing a lawnmower, enjoying a glass of wine, getting a Covid vaccine, shoveling snow, helping kids with homework...
A lovely "quick pic". I always enjoy wwm - I try to view all the photos - it seems that there were not as many this year, but I may just be behind on viewing...will do more tonight.
@linnypinny Paula Wallis said that due to more a complicated fB process for uploading photos there were fewer WWM participants this year. The only problem I had was letting the time slip up on me. I had two minutes to get a photo. ☺
@peggysirk I gave myself 5 minutes to get to the tree (then the time on the camera was off by almost 10 minutes!). I did have a bit of trouble finding the FB page (but then, I almost always do - LOL)
