This is on my regular route home and I have long admired the bold shadow cast in the road as the sun begins to set. Today I decided to stop for a photo. Once I composed the shot, I realized there were oodles of lines beyond the shadow to be enjoyed here and we photographers do love our lines, don't we?!

Lines are something I'm gradually becoming more aware of on this project. although I think I still notice colour and light more atm. The lines here are wonderful, definitely worth stopping for.
I totally agree about the bold lines created by the shadows, and also the bright white railings. Great contrasty b&w, and the mountains are a wonderful counterpoint to the road. Fav!
