@espyetta Thanks MaryBeth! I know, I thought it was a hoot. I am pretty sure the bottom half is a board cut in the shape to give the illusion of a continuous tree. It's definitely not an actual tree although the top one is.
I saw this beautiful picture and thought wait a minute I've seen this house. I looked through a few more of your pictures and sure enough we live in the same area. You take wonderful pictures!
@moxy Hi Shelly! Thank you for your comments! I really appreciate your kind words. How fun that you are in Boise, too! It will be fun to follow your project! You might be interested in a Photo Meet Up group in the area. It's a great group of people and lots of fun outings. Here is the website: http://www.meetup.com/Boise-Photo-Walk/

@moreyoulessme Thank you for your comment, Jerri! Sorry for not responding earlier. I trying to catch up on commenting. The part of the "tree" that is inside is not actually a tree. They strung the lights around a tree form so that it matched up with the real tree placed on the roof top. Their actual Christmas tree was visible from another window in the house. Thanks for your comment!
Great fun photo!
Hope your Christmas was wonderful!
