Dark Clouds over St. Mary's Recreation Park

This is a Saturday shot but I've posted it into Friday because I did not take a picture on Friday !!!

This is Arnold St. Mary's Recreation Park. Ruby and I walk around here on her early morning walk (in fact she walks around here on her early evening walk and it's not uncommon for her to walk around here on a lunchtime walk with my wife ........... she does go walks to other places too !!!)

The tractor and van in the picture are workmen taking down the football (soccer) goal posts because the season has ended and they are re-seeding the goalmouth centre circles and touch lines to ensure the surface is lush and green for next season (August 2011)

Anyway this is shot using my mobile phone - an HTC Desire - I like the dark clouds over the park (could do with a bit of Juliette's HDR editing - @sparkle - to make the clouds more menacing) !!!

Anyway SOOP - (straight out of phone) - rather than SOOC. A slight crop however to make it even more letterbox

Fab - did it actually rain - we've had a lot of threaten & no action - and do they play on that slope??!! I should think Ruby takes you there these days. I entertain myself sometimes by just following Monty and seeing which park he heads for (he usually tries standing by the boot of the car for a while first to see if he can get an 'away' walk!)

@judithg Thanks Judith, no id didn't rain !! The slope is in the far corner of the field, so the footie pitches are fairly straight ! Ruby seems to know the way now, sniffs at the same spots , knows where all the other dogs live !! After the walk we had some breakfast, then took her on a 3 to 4 mile round trip on foot to 'Pets at Home' to buy a new girly pink collar for her :)

@andycoleborn ha ha andy, I did think of SOOM - straight out of mobile, but i thought SOOP sounded better !!!!

I suppose mine is SOOaP (straight out of android phone ) and yours is SOOiP

So that's it then SOOiP and SOOaP !!!
