BBC Food and Garden Show - Birmingham 2011

Yesterday we went to the BBC (yes that BBC..the British Broadcasting Corporation) Food and Garden Summer show at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham

Essentially it was a show (indoor and outdoor) all about food and gardens !!!

Anyway this is a shot of one of the show gardens..vertical cylinders of grass on a plinth of green grass. I converted it into B/W infra red to make it look even more strange than it did in green on green.

I thought they were very large Cadbury's fingers for a while. Very interesting shot. Nice formations. Have you noticed that Dairy Milk tastes different? Flippin Kraft.

My daughter was there yesterday too - she mentioned these grass pillars, but I couldn't picture them... now I can!
