The Exchange : Nottingham : Christmas Eve

This is 'The Exchange' a 'posh' shopping arcade / mall in the centre of Nottingham.

It has appeared in my 365 once before (see link below). The christmas tree in the image is where I shot the other image from.

We'd just had a christmas eve lunch treat from our daughters at a French Restaurant.

After the meal my wife went to get her 'nails done' at a nail bar, so I had a wander around the city for half an hour taking a few shots. This is not the best shot I took, but I like the festive feel to the image, especially with the two children in the arcade with their father .

A very pretty shopping place & as Juliette says very quiet for 2.30pm on a Christmas Eve ..perhaps too expensive to shop in at the moment ! Nice shot of the little girls & dad bending down, lets hope they were buying mum something luxurious !

It's beautiful though! The decorations and the lighting are very pretty! I really like the pattern in the floor and the continuity of the signs above the shops' doors! You captured the place very well! Good job!
