This is Ruby looking through the gate of a stile , into a field she cannot go into
I could not quite get the 's' of dogs into the frame, but 'sheep no dog' makes the shot look better !
The colour version of this shot was a bit distracting, with blown out bits from the sky contrasted against the greens of the field. This was shot under the shade of some trees so the light was really difficult. A monochrome version of the shot seems to work better
Shot with whippet and lead in one hand and camera in the other hand, crouched down so I was below Ruby, balancing on a tiny bit of wooden path above the ditch into the field. Who said photography was meant to be fun :)
I bet you looked awkward but funny !! mind you don't do your shoulder in like Judith!! Fab shot of your ruby & the sign is just right but I don't think dogs can read !
Poor Ruby - she's thinking those sheep are just looking for a playmate! Like the B&W and of course I recognise the stance! My big problem is zooming in and out...
