Church Path - I'll be walking up this path as 'Father of the Bride' in 12 months !!

This is the church path of St. Mary's Church Arnold, shot from the just outside the church door.

You've seen a couple of shots on my 365 shot from the gate at the bottom of the path.

In just over a year I will be walking up this path as 'father of the bride' !

If you look down the path you can see my wife (partly hidden) and Ruby, talking to 'Mavis' (back to camera...a lady from church who used to help at Sunday School and a lady volunteer gardener pruning the roses.

I've got a photo of my wife and her Dad walking up this path back in 1984 as 'bride' and 'father of the bride'.... so it's a picture we have to replicate in 2013 !!!

So exciting for you and a momentous occasion to look forward to. As I noted yesterday, an excellent excuse to buy lots of camera stuff in preparation .....!!:)) The flower beds are really lovely - perfect to have either side of you when you walk up the path with the bride!

Awww!! And it looks like you need to incorporate some red into your bouquets if it's going to look like this. Well you may only be allowed a buttonhole! Like @happypat I'm wondering if Ruby can be flower girl?!
