My friends on here know I've done a few shots from the 'top deck front seat' of of the number 58 bus from Arnold to Nottingham
Well this is the view from the front seat of the number 06 bus from Mao (Mahon) to Son Bou in Menorca, Spain !
We managed to 'bagsy' the front seat on the bus (no double decker public buses in Menorca) on both journeys.
This is Alaior bus station....I had better shots of open countryside, sea views from the bus, but I liked this shot because it is urban and shows some nice colours on the bus in front (the Ciutadella bus)
I sort of wondered what the local passengers thought of an Englishman getting excited about taking pictures from the front seat. A nice Spanish lady on the seat opposite gave me a nice smile as I was clicking away...maybe she felt sorry for me !!!
LOL Catching up with you and your shots and find you've swanned off on holiday! On my posting I see a new profile pic for you but here its the old one! Love the bus shot......a far throw from Arnold eh? Love the term 'bagsy'!!! Now that takes me back! :-)
@Cherrill yes 'bagsy' ...lol...we always try to get a front seat on a bus....strange that it's not always a popular choice of seat...you get the best views from the front seat.......i think my old pic showed up in the thread because it was cached !! the new one will turn up soon !!!
