It's amazing how much your English vernacular differs from ours in just this short essay. Of course "biscuits" would be cookies, but also "on offer" which I guess means "on sale." Is this a sandwich of 2 cookies with jam in between? 50 pence sounds really cheap. How many do you get for that price?
ah back to the old biscuit debate...! sorry, custard creams win everytime, but I'll eat a jammy dodger if there's nothing else about!!
