Continuing with the garden flower theme, here is a poppy head about to flower in our garden.
It looks like it is sticking it's tongue out at me !
I never photographed these poppies last year as they were trashed and wrecked by the wet June we had.
Maybe I should have been a bit more careful with my choice of background as the green yellow bokeh blends in a bit too neatly with the poppy head and distracting from the fine detail.
