A trial 'hairdstyle' for the wedding

This is my daughter Kirsty, who will be getting married a week tomorrow :)

She had a trial 'hairdo' today at the hairdressers. She took a picture of the style she wanted her hair to be and let Gary create it.

It's not the finished article yet, her fringe will need a trim and some colour and other bits and bobs will be added.

I don't know what style you would call it, but I do like it, but then I'm biased because I'm her Dad :)

Gary is cutting my hair on Tuesday...well he always cuts it once a month.

@sparkle thanks juliette....yes i've got to grips with the 60D...this was with my 450D because my 50mm lens was on it .....I will probably take both camera to the wedding ..although I'm thinking of giving the 450D / 50mm to my other daughter and telling her to just shoot away !

I would do that - give the camera to your daughter! You must be able to relax and enjoy the day being Father of the Bride! I like the hairstyle too!

Your daughter looks very beautiful Phil & I love that hairstyle...rather romantic with a nice softness...hope you look as good!!
When you have taken your shots & you are happy with them give your camera to someone too, leave it on auto & see what you get. Sometimes when you are behind the camera you miss much of the actual action so don't be at it all day!!!

@judithg thanks judith...my hair is easy to control ... shampoo, conditioner, a quick rub with a towel, a couple of brush stroke's through it and then some hair gel / product ruffled in...job done :)
