Well I almost pinched a line from a classic Lou Reed song , but this was drink sangria in the garden :)
I won a bottle of wine at school for 100% attendance during the academic year. All staff with 100% attendance go into a draw on the last day of term and my name came out of the hat (well the chocolate box actually)
The wine was a tad too sweet for our taste, so we made some home made Sangria....Red Wine, Lemonade Oranges Lime Mint from the garden and ice.
It made for a nice drink on what was "phew what a scorcher day"...well 28C is a scorcher in the UK
