Last Of The Summer Lavender

I've done a couple of lavender shots this summer.

This will probably be my last one as the lavender is getting a bit past it's best, but today was a sunny afternoon and the bees were out, so I've done another

It is similar to other posts, but I cannot resist a bee on lavender. Oh and it adds a bit of colour to my recent mono shots

Beautiful & delicate lavender stalk Phil......the little bee is balancing perfectly! One of my favourite summer flowers & love them when they are next to pink roses. I miss your shots sometimes as I go to bed before you post....have had to search for this one! That's the trouble when you follow more & more ...so many to look at by morning time!
