The temperatures only reached about 18C, which for June is still pretty cool
This afternoon we went to Nottingham Arboretum to listen to a free open air brass band concert put on by Nottingham City Council. During the interval I went on a little stroll around the park and captured this family enjoying the view by the lake.
I particularly like the bold pinks contrasted against the green foliage
I got a couple of decent shots from the visit that I will share over the next few days
Beautiful shot and reflections. Temperature here yesterday was 28C. I went out in the afternoon to take some pictures of a re-enactment which was going on at St Julians and nearly had a sun stroke.
Intriguing - looks like the couple with the pushcair are waiting for someone to catch up with them - amother child maybe?
Yes, good colour contrasts and reflections.
