Her name is Gecko and she dances on the sand

This is a female leopard gecko and accompanied it's owner Marlies to Arnold and District's Camera Club practical night on Monday along with some other insects, some still life studies and Gary's studio lights (no models though, just a few willing camera club members)
What a beautiful pose - not camera shy. Like the dof. Now, why is she not in the strangers' project????!!! (I know, no animals - I've been tempted to use a canine stranger in mine!!)
