Passing The Lacemakers

A mono streetie shot in Nottingham's Lace market area which is part of the creative corner.

A group of people passing by the Lacemakers Arms on Saturday morning

Edited in Rawtherapee and GIMP

Great edit I like the white of the last guys trainers. Catches the eye :)

A lovely candid - every thing so crisp , but I wished the Pub would hang their net curtain straight and not on a slant (a woman's keen eye !! )

A not so common name for a pub. Good shot.

Great photo, the contrast of a pub called The Lacemakers Arms & this rather gritty black & white shot plus modern youth is excellent.

I saw this and the people walking past the pub door called to mind thoughts of the current trend away from traditional pub culture and also the reported decline in alcohol drinking in the younger generation.
So, a thought-provoking image - which is always a good thing for an image to be. :-)
