Reggae on the Rocks

It was Arnold Carnival at the weekend. Our local borough council host an annual summer event in the civic park . Fun for all the family.

It rained quite a lot over the weekend, but the sun came out at about 4.45 pm , just in time to set the scene for a local Reggae band "Reggae on the Rocks" to close the show with an hour long set of classic Reggae songs and tunes, to send the good folk of Arnold home with a smile on their face and a bounce in their step.

This is the lead singer dancing and singing a Bob Marley Classic.

I had my Sony 50mm f1.8 lens on my Sony A6000. The lens wasn't wide enough to get the two guitarists in frame , but I would say maybe they don;t need to be all in the frame as they tell the story of the photo as is,

Don't worry about a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right
I bet this was a great festival....a very smart looking chap...lots of photo ops!

There's a man who was enjoying himself and such enjoyment is infectious. Lovely vibe to this image.

sounds like a whole lot of fun - and clearly if the rain stopped just in time, the words to the song told the story. Love a bit of Bob Marley.
