Frosty Robin by phil_howcroft

Frosty Robin

We have four of these Robins in our garden , they arrived in Spring / Summer this year and have stayed ever since.

They don't seem to move much, but seem very happy in our garden, they enjoyed the summer sun and don't seem too upset about the very cold conditions we have at the moment.

They are easy to photograph as they are very friendly and let you get up very close.

This one looks great covered in frost !

I've seen a Robin that doesn't live in our garden sat on this one's head, but I am always too slow getting my camera to capture the lovely moment.

Think you need to knit a hat for them Phil.. I have a static Kingfisher in the garden and the other day I saw a Thrush offering it a worm.. unfortunately didn't have camera handy..

Great story telling. I have one too, but the bench he sits on has collapsed so he's not very happy!

Haha and you forgot to write that they do not need feeding or cleaning the mess they make. Beautiful close up of this one.
