On Saturday, we went on a Wine tasting event at a local, independent wine emporium and bar in Sherwood, Nottingham, Brigette Bordeaux (nice name !!!)

It was an Italian wine tasting event and this is Robert Steele, an Italian wine importer and owner of an Italian vineyard.

The event started in the garden of the venue (which is in effect a converted terrace house), but after we'd sampled the whites, it started raining hard , so we had to retreat indoors.

Anyway it was a lovely event.
