Today’s offering (yes, I’ve had to open the 9th & 10th today as I was driving yesterday- shame eh) is a rather delightful Sipsmith Sloe Gin. Ginventory says a nice lemon tonic (don’t have one so have used elderflower) and a lemon (which I have left over from the 9th Gin.
@phil_sandford it’s so easy to make I usually fill a bottle half full of frozen sloe berries then cover them with caster sugar and add the gin of your choice. Shake the bottle every few days... when all the sugar has gone test for sweetness and add more if needed... strain when you’re happy and bobs your uncle. 😊
