Just 3 of the uniforms on display (on female mannequins - all they could get) out of almost a 1000 in the collection. M C Tsen’s widow visited the display in 2019 and turned the year’s loan into a permanent one.
She had never seen the collection displayed, it had all lived in countless boxes (over 600) in his house (though the boxes were banned from the bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom) and rarely saw the light of day,
