Westonbirt Arboretum with Carole this morning before she headed home after a lovely weekend.
The Acers at Westonbirt were on fire; the sun, affected by the dust from the Sahara (or Vogons, depends what you want to believe) provided the most wonderful light; the Japanese Acers were glowing.
Carole and I don’t think we’ve ever seen so many photographers, politely waiting their turn and all apologising profusely when they accidentally walked into somebody’s shot.
